Without hesitation this is a must-go (anti globalisation...!)
The roasting table has a rack with rubber stamps for every coffee blend sold - only on the list.
How great it is just to concentrate the taste that you think is right for customer, focus on the taste that you should brewed only... Rather than pleasing the customer(client).
Coz you are the expert and you should know what is best for them.
