《29+1》故事裡曾經說過，我們每一個人，都無可避免地被宇宙間運行的星系所影響。其中一粒，掌管著人生重要課題，經驗的，就是土星。她圍繞太陽走一個圈，大約是三十年，是為一個土星週期。所以，每當我們在大約三十歲，六十歲甚至九十歲的時候，便會經歷無可避免的變化，或者，會希望自己作出改變。

是的, 踏入二字尾的我, 真的在每天活生生的日子中感到那種不能解釋的變化.
生活裡不察覺, 漸進式的小改變, 以及感覺自己身份的改變, 都被Kearen搬上舞台.
這些小改變, 正好說明我將步入人生另一個階段...

其實我已習慣了某種生活的節奏... 因此, 我們都害怕改變...

快將步入三十歲, 可能是一個關口, 讓我好好去審視自己, 重新認識自己.
