Mr. Client, can you be considerate?

Dear Mr. Client,

1. Although Sunday is public holiday we still have people on site answering your miscellaneous queries, and please don't assume our entire office is working solely for you;
2. We try to be cooperative but we are not your secretaries and servants (we are not supposed to be your photocopying men/women, draughtsmen; and help to manage your other consultants);
3. If you want to save money, please give us TIME to sort out things. Drawings are not cartoons/doodles that come out in seconds.
